Tools for Talent

 

DESCRIPTION

Using tools in your selection procedures or for the development of your employees will help you professionalise your procedures and increase their level of objectivity.
This training provides all the information you need to implement Hudson’s Tools For Talent efficiently in your organisation. You will learn how to interpret the tools correctly and how to use them to provide feedback to both candidates and managers.

OBJECTIVE

- Gain insights into the reasoning ability tests, personality questionnaires, motivational drives questionnaire, learning styles questionnaire and electronic in-tray exercises to enable you to choose the most appropriate tools for a procedure.
- Interpret test results correctly to guarantee accurate assessments for recruiting, developing and retaining the right people.
- Practise the integrated interpretation of different exercises in order to get a well-founded picture of the strengths and development points of the candidate.
- Provide professional feedback to candidates and managers.
- Work efficiently with the Competency Scan Online system.

TIMING

The complete programme for this 2-day training course (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days) is as follows:

Day 1
- Tools For Talent overview;
- Guidelines for selecting exercises for a procedure;
- Administer exercises, demonstration of the test platform;
- Reasoning Ability Tests: concept, interpretation of test results, exercises;
- Personality questionnaires (Business Attitudes Questionnaire): concept, interpretation of test results;
- Practical case: integration exercise.
Day 2
- Personality Questionnaires (Business Attitudes Questionnaire & Professional Attitudes Questionnaire): concept, interpretation of test results, link with competencies, exercises;
- Motivational Questionnaire (Motivational Drives Questionnaire): concept, interpretation of test results;
- Learning Styles Questionnaire: concept, interpretation of test results;
- Electronic in-tray exercises (Flexible Competency Assessment): concept, interpretation of test results;
- Providing feedback to the candidate/manager;
- Practical case: integration exercise.
The content of this course as described above can be adapted to the participants’ needs and experience.

PRICE

For multi-company training (with different companies): 1000 euros per participant for the usertraining - 500 euros for the refresh training - 250 euros fo the introduction training, 21 % VAT excluded. Course material, an electronic version of the Tools For Talent manuals, and lunch all included.

Cancellation

- For organizational purpose or in case of absolute necessity, Hudson reserves the right to reschedule or cancel this master class coaching. In such case, participants will be informed at least five working days before the event.
- Any cancellation by the participant should be communicated in writing at least five working days before the event. If the participant cancels within those 5 days, a full fee will be invoiced.
- Substitution of one participant by another is allowed.
