De economische, maar ook de generatiecycli worden steeds korter, de businessmodellen steeds onvoorspelbaarder (wie had amper tien of vijftien jaar geleden het succes kunnen voorspellen van ondernemingen als Airbnb, Uber en Twitter?) en de technologische breuken steeds frequenter en creatiever. Al die economische, maatschappelijke en technologische veranderingen hebben een diepgaande impact op de arbeidsmarkt, op onze relatie met werk, en dus ook op de hr-strategieën en wervingstechnieken.

Que le cœur du monde dans lequel nous vivons aujourd’hui batte au rythme de changements perpétuels, sur un mode plus disruptif qu’évolutif, n’est plus pour personne aujourd’hui sujet à polémique. Les cycles économiques mais aussi générationnels sont de plus en plus courts, les modèles de business de plus en plus imprévisibles (qui aurait pu prédire le succès d’entreprises comme Airbnb, Uber ou encore Twitter il y a seulement 10 ou 15 ans d’ici ?), les ruptures technologiques de plus en plus fréquentes et créatives… Ces changements économiques, sociétaux et technologiques ne sont pas sans impacter en profondeur le marché de l’emploi ainsi que notre relation au travail, en ce compris les stratégies de ressources humaines et les techniques de recrutement…
