Salary Survey HR Services

Last year, the 5th edition of the remuneration study within the interim sector was organized, in collaboration with Federgon. This year, the scope of the study has been extended towards the other sectors of Federgon. The Salary Survey HR Services will offer representative, reliable and up-to-date information and tendencies, with regard to all remuneration aspects of the internal functions within these different sectors.

  • Content of the study
    • Salary information per reference function:
      Base salary, variable pay (target bonus, non recurring results-linked bonus, discretionary bonus, commission, market premium, profit sharing), company car, long term incentives, allowances, daily allowances, meal vouchers, insured benefits, etc.
    • Focus on remuneration policy and practice:
      Job evaluation, salary & forecast budgets, variable remuneration policy (including non-recurring results-linked bonus), occurrence of extralegal and other advantages, insured benefits, training possibilities, starting salaries, tendencies in reward, analysis per region, …

    Preparation: February – May 2012

      You will receive the Editor© software package including remuneration practices of the Salary Study HR Services 2012 as well as those of the Generic Salary Survey 2012.
