The specific timing of the recruitment process will depend on your specific requirements.

However, based on our years of generating successful outcomes, the Hudson recruitment process follows a specific progression:

  • Briefing and analysis of the market, organisation, strategy, function, structure, profile and competencies. Based on the gathered information, we will define the recruitment methodology.
  • Recruitment/Sourcing through online and offline advertising, database search, direct search, campus recruitment or a total solutions or multi channel approach.
  • Selection/Evaluation: Including cv analysis, telephone screening, first interviews with Hudson, pre-selection and presentation of shortlist of candidates. Client interviews, followed by an assessment centre and reference check of the final candidate.
  • Recommendations: Final assessment report and contract negotiation
  • Follow-up: monitoring integration and development plan and coaching
