Recruitment Costs

For a recruitment assignment our fees are typically based on a percentage of the recruited candidate’s yearly gross salary package. Depending on the recruitment approach used, this fee is split in different parts reflecting the stage of the recruitment process. The fee also includes one free assessment centre for the final candidate.

Additional costs might include advertisement fees, additional assessment centres, market pricings, mailing fees and other ancillary costs.
