An Assessment Centre is a set of concrete simulation exercises programmed to measure if a candidate’s competency level matches the level required for your roles. The Assessment Centre paints a picture of the candidate’s strengths, weaknesses and overall potential.

The Assessment Centre may consist of:

  • Personality Questionnaire (BAQ)
    This questionnaire helps measure whether a candidate’s personality traits are suitable for your specific business environment.
  • Reasoning and Ability Tests
    These tests provide an objective overview of the candidate’s reasoning and/or specific technical skills.
  • One or more Simulation Exercises.
  • Competency-Based Interview
    In-depth interview in which the competencies are discussed through concrete examples.

A written evaluation report will be provided for each candidate. This report details our findings during the exercises and the competency-based interview. If requested, we will provide a feedback session to the candidate as well.
