PHILIPPE MEYSMAN

Philippe Meysman holds a Master Degree in Sociology and can look back on a strong 30 years’ experience in HR Consultancy. He started his career as a consultant in an R&S office specialised in overseas projects. Two years later, he decided to join Alexandre Tic Benelux, an international HR Consultancy firm focused on recruitment and selection of Managers and Executives, where he became Director after five years. During his 10 years at Alexandre Tic Benelux he not only gained solid expertise in executive search both on a national and international basis, but also in assessment & development centres as well as in overall HR strategy.

In 1998, he first started as an HR Partner at Ernst & Young in its Human Resources Management Division. After the acquisition of this activity, at respectively TMP and Hudson, he has contributed significantly to the growth of the recruitment and selection business within the company. On top of this, he launched an R&S office in Louvain-la-Neuve in 2007 and initiated the Interim Management Business in Belgium in 2008. From June 2011, Philippe combined his responsibilities as Head of Recruitment & Interim Management for Hudson in Belgium with a position of General Manager for Hudson in France. In 2013 Philippe was appointed Chief Operations Officer of Hudson Belgium.

Philippe Meysman is a well-known expert in recruitment and selection, executive search, assessment & development centres and HR strategy. He is a guest lecturer at the Louvain School of Management (LSM). He is member of the Board of Directors of Federgon and also member of the Board of Directors of the Recruitment & Selection Department within Federgon. Various media often seek his advice and vision about HR.

Philippe gained his strong HR expertise mainly in the private but also in the public sector, both within local and international companies. He has a strong industrial background having spent many years as a true HR partner for CEO’s as well as for HRD’s and/or line managers within the industry. His business philosophy is based on values such as respect, humility, integrity, partnership attitude, delivering high-added value and, last but not least, efficiency.
